Wellbeing modules available as CPD

Wellbeing is increasingly recognised as a key goal of community and development programmes and public policy – wellbeing being defined as ‘living free from want and violence and feeling personally fulfilled’.  

The University of Bath has played a key role in wellbeing:  Examples include:

Drawing on its considerable expertise in Wellbeing, the Centre for Development Studies and WeD, have introduced two tailor-made CPD modules in Wellbeing: 

A one-week intensive course was launched in February 2010, and was a great success.  The provisional dates for next year’s course are 24-28 January 2011.  Booking is not yet open, but for more information please see leaflet or contact Sarah White, Course Convenor.
